Monitoring and Moderation: The Company is under no binding obligation to surveil or oversee user-generated content on its digital platform but reserves an unequivocal right to monitor, amend, or delete content at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall The Company, its subsidiaries, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform.
